Andreina Davila is an independent emerging artist whose experimental combination of media is unique and organic.

Born in Venezuela in 1977, Andreina obtained there her Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in 2000, from La Universidad de los Andes, in Merida. Afterward she moved to Tempe, AZ where she pursued graduate studies in Arizona State University, obtaining her Master's Degree in

Design. After working as a design consultant for few years in Florida, Andreina now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she devotes her time to Evolve Art Studio and the Diabetes Hands Foundation.

Since the start of Evolve Art Studio in August 2007, Andreina has exhibited her work in outdoor festivals, galleries, cafes and online. She won 3rd place for Mixed Media in the 21st Lake Mary - Heathrow Festival of the Arts. In the course of 2008  Andreina will be showing her pieces in galleries and festivals around the Bay Area.

Andreina's use of recycled objects in her pieces reflects her deep awareness of the potential underlying the experimental mixing of materials and the life of discarded objects. Her works blend different media and explore an assortment of colors and textures, at the same time that they are able to retain an organic unrefined balance.
